Vukašin Živaljević

VUKAŠIN ŽIVALJEVIĆ, D.A. is an assistant professor for Photography in Media, TV Journalism and New Media at the Department of Media Studies at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad. He graduated at the Academy of Arts, University of Novi Sad, Department for Drama, with a doctoral degree (D.A.) in drama and audio-visual arts. He is the founder and the director of TAKT Film Festival, and an activist at Kulturanova, among others.

He is an awarded cinematographer who shot/directed/edited a great number of movies and animations, as well as many commercials and music videos, documentaries, events, promotional videos, different television forms, commercial and newspaper photos, and multimedia and activism projects. His most noticeable documentary is “Galaksija: the Computer that Refused to Die!”, and his most awarded stop-motion animation is “Lux Clara”.
